Natalie Martinez

Natalie has dedicated nearly twenty years to nonprofit and academic administration, with a focus on empowering women and girls. She has held leadership roles in several organizations, including serving as the CEO of Strong Women, Strong Girls (SWSG), a mentoring organization that annually empowers over 1,200 girls and college women in Boston and Pittsburgh. Natalie’s professional journey reflects her commitment to driving organizational growth and developing innovative programs. In addition to her extensive experience, she has pursued further education in nonprofit management and is currently working towards a Master’s in Public Policy.
